Sizing

Where can I find product sizing information?

Each garment’s specific sizing chart can be found on the product page above listed sizes. 

How do your garments run?

Most styles run true to size with effortless ease through the waist and hips, while fit is set at the bust and shoulders. For a fuller bust, you may prefer sizing up in our dresses and tops.

Note: Palladio, Leela, and Hamilton Kaftans run more generously, and clients often size down.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?

All full-price items are eligible for a full return or exchange within 15 days from order delivery. There is a $25 restocking fee per order. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Sale prices are subject to change. 

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival. Please allow 10 business days from the date your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Garments must be unworn with the tag remaining for the return to be accepted. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

How do I start a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Returns and Exchange Portal linked here.

My item arrived damaged/defective

Please contact our Customer Care Team at shop@suesartor.com for any items that arrive damaged/defective.

How long does it take for returns and exchanges to be processed?

Returns and Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days once your item is scanned by USPS at our distribution center. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process with your bank.

What do I do if my package is lost?

Please allow 48 hours from posted delivery on UPS tracking to see if your package shows up. If 48 hours have passed, please contact our Customer Care Team at shop@suesartor.com for assistance regarding your lost package.

Orders and Shipping

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. Please note, orders are not fulfilled on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be fulfilled on the following business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free Ground Shipping is available for orders over $300.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Overnight Shipping is available at checkout for $35. Please note, overnight orders for in-stock items placed after 2PM on Fridays, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled on the following business day on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday are unable to be delivered on the weekend.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders with in-stock items are fulfilled within 24-48 hours on business days only. We do our best to fulfill items in a quick and timely manner. Once the item has been fulfilled, we are unable to edit orders. Please take a close eye before hitting the checkout button to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for your purchase! While we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellation, for further assistance please contact our Customer Care Team at shop@suesartor.com.

International Orders

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available at checkout.

Are there any fees for international shipments?

The customer is responsible for all customs and fees associated with an international shipment. These fees are presented at the time of checkout. 

Do you accept international returns?

We are happy to accept international returns. However, it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Product Care

How do I care for my garment?

All garments specific care instructions can be located on the inner garment care tag, as well as located on the product pages. Please click into the “Care Guide” dropdown for specific care instructions.

Promotional Codes

Can promo codes be stacked?

Promo codes, including the codes through our Marigold Rewards, cannot be stacked. Only one promo code can be entered per order. 

Where do I enter the promo code?

Please click into your cart and checkout. The promo code or gift card can be entered under the items, and click “apply”.

Can I use promo codes on final sale items?

Promo codes cannot be used on final sale items, unless otherwise stated.

Can promo codes be applied to a past purchase?

Promo codes cannot be applied to a past purchase.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We are happy to offer E-Gift cards through our online website. To purchase a gift card, please click here. Confirm the amount for the gift card and click the “I want to send as a gift” option. From here, you can enter a recipient email, name, a personalized message, and a specific date for the gift card to be sent.

At this time, we do not offer physical gift cards purchased through our website. 

Pre-Orders

My order contains an item on pre-order. When will it ship?

We do our best to restock bestselling products as quickly as possible! Pre-Order items will show an expected ship date located on the product page underneath the “Pre-Order” button. Please note, this date range is not guaranteed, as international shipping delays may occur to our distribution center. We appreciate your patience in our small batch artisan brand!
